Dorsiflexion with Elastic Tubing

Step One: Tie one end of elastic tubing to a solid object and the other end to your foot as shown.

Step Two: Pull foot up toward yourself slowly.

Step Three: Hold eight seconds.

Step Four: 10 repetitions on each foot

 

Plantar Flexion with Elastic Tubing

Step One: Place elastic tubing around foot as shown.

Step Two: Push toes slowly away from your body.

Step Three: Hold eight seconds.

Step Four: 10 repetitions on each foot.
